Built-in dashboards provide instant resource and timesheet insights, while enhancements to Portfolio, Work, and Financial Plans give users more control, cleaner views, and quicker access to key information. The Portfolio Modeler is now more actionable with direct in-view editing, large financial plans load faster for smoother navigation, and upgraded integrations with ServiceNow, Jira, Planner Premium, and financial imports ensure data stays connected without extra effort.
Built-In Dashboards

Resource Plan Built-In Dashboards – See the complete picture of team capacity and progress in real time, right inside OnePlan, without relying on outside reporting tools.
Timesheet Built-In Dashboards – Track time, approvals, and overall work progress instantly within OnePlan, making it easier to stay on top of schedules and priorities.

Portfolio Plan
Summary: This release introduces multiple user experience improvements to the portfolio list and navigation, providing users with greater control, flexibility, and efficiency in managing portfolio data.
- New Multi-Line Plain Text Display Control – Choose how many lines of text appear on plan details and quick edit forms.
- New Multi-Line Plain Text Inline Editing – Edit these fields directly in the portfolio list view for faster updates.
- New Multi-Line Plain Text Character Limits – Set maximum character counts to maintain clean, consistent data.
- New Multi-Line Plain Text Clean Reporting – Export to Excel and OData feeds for Power BI without HTML for easier reporting.
- Freeze Columns with Lock Bar – Added a lock bar to allow fixed columns on the left, improving readability and navigation if the portfolio list (similar to the work plan list).
Show & Edit Dependencies – Dependencies can now be displayed and edited directly within the portfolio list.
Persistent Column Resizing – Set your column widths the way you like them, and OnePlan will remember so every time you return, your view is just the way you left it.
New Column Picker – Replaced the portfolios column picker with the modern picker used in the work plan for a consistent, streamlined selection experience.
Right-Click Contextual Menu – Right-clicking a plan row in the portfolio list now opens the same contextual menu as the hamburger icon for faster access to actions.

Bubble Chart Quick Actions – Right-click a bubble to open Quick Edit and make changes on the spot; enhanced tooltips clearly show X, Y, and Size values for faster insight.
New Filter Experience – The Portfolio Modeler now uses the updated filtering interface, giving you more control and making it easier to find the plans you need quickly.

Summary: This release significantly improves the ability to work in the Financial Plan with large-scale financial data, ensuring faster load times and better visibility for complex datasets.
Large Financial Plan Loading – Optimized performance ensures even the largest financial plans spanning hundreds or thousands of rows, multiple years, and monthly breakdowns load quickly, giving you visibility into extensive financial data without slowing you down.
OnePlan Teams App
Summary: We’ve released a new version of the OnePlan Teams App that gives customers more flexibility and control when connecting OnePlan inside Microsoft Teams.
Selectable Environment Regions – The Teams App now works with all OnePlan environments (not just my.oneplan.ai), making it easier for customers across different regions to connect to the right environment.
Configurable Landing Experience – Users can now select a group, choose their preferred landing app or area from OnePlan, or even specify a particular plan. This allows each user to personalize their Teams experience, quickly accessing the most relevant part of OnePlan without extra clicks.
OneConnect 2.0 Platform Upgrade
Summary: We are upgrading the OneConnect platform to the latest Microsoft technologies, enhancing performance, scalability, and future readiness.
- Platform Architecture Upgrade – The OneConnect platform has been re-architected using the latest Microsoft technologies. In collaboration with Microsoft Azure architects and cloud experts, we’ve implemented a modern, scalable foundation that enables significantly faster scaling of Azure resources to support growing demand. This major upgrade is implemented with minimal or no impact on running integrations. Customers require no reconfiguration for this upgrade.
OnePlan Power Automate Connector
Summary: We’ve released a new OnePlan Power Automate connector along with ready-to-use templates, making it easier to automate common scenarios and integrate OnePlan with other tools.
- New Connector and Templates - Introduced a new OnePlan Power Automate connector that allows users to build automated workflows between OnePlan and other systems. The release also includes pre-built templates for popular use cases such as creating plans and updating data.
- Template to add a new channel to Slack when a OnePlan Plan is created - Automatically create a Slack channel when a new plan is added in OnePlan, using plan details to name and configure the channel.
- Template to create a OnePlan plan when a Microsoft Form is Submitted - When someone submits a response through Microsoft Forms, automatically create a new plan in OnePlan.
- Template to post message to Slack when a step changes in OnePlan - Whenever a step changes in OnePlan, automatically posts a message to a designated Slack channel.

ServiceNow Integration
Summary: We’ve expanded our ServiceNow integration to support creating projects directly from OnePlan and syncing both project-level and task-level data using bi-directional synchronization.
- Plan Integration – Bi-directionally create and manage plans in OnePlan while automatically updating linked ServiceNow objects, keeping both systems aligned and stakeholders informed in real time.
- Work Item Integration – Bi-directionally sync tasks between OnePlan and ServiceNow so progress and changes are instantly reflected across platforms without manual updates.

Planner Premium Integration
Summary: We've improved our Planner Premium integration by automating user group membership from OnePlan and adding support for Microsoft Entra service principals for more flexible authentication.
Auto Add Users – Users from a OnePlan plan are now automatically added to the linked Planner Premium plan’s Microsoft 365 Group. Note that users will not be removed from Planner Premium as part of this process.
Microsoft Entra Service Principals – The Planner Premium integration now supports using Microsoft Entra service principals for establishing integration connections.
