Work Plan
Summary: Work Plan updates add no‑code automation to streamline enterprise and everyday tasks, triggered on schedule, on change, or by date. Automations are able to send notifications, request status updates, update fields, create/copy items, route approvals, and even chain multiple actions in sequence.
Updates also include Baseline Security, which will strengthen schedule governance with controls to define who can create the first and subsequent baselines, and per‑user remembered column view settings improve day‑to‑day usability.
- No‑Code Setup: Define triggers (schedule, item change, dates) and conditions with a simple builder.
- Notifications & Status Requests: Automatically nudge owners and stakeholders to keep them informed and work moving.
- Update Work Items: Set fields, dates, and status at scale to maintain consistency.
- Copy/Create new Work Item: Generate risks, issues, lessons learned or other items based on events.
- Approval Workflows: Automatically send items to approvers, record decisions and outcomes, and notify stakeholders.
- Action Combination: Chain multiple actions in a single automation to meet business needs.

- Baseline Governance: Define permissions and rules for creating the first baseline and updating subsequent baselines.

- Persistent Column Widths: The Work Plan grid now remembers users’ column adjustments across sessions, reducing rework and speeding navigation.

Plan Detail Business Rules
Summary: Process‑step detail form configuration will be automatically upgraded to the Business Rules framework with no action required. Existing configurations are promoted with full parity at cutover; teams can modify rules at any time to tailor visibility, requirements, and editability by plan context, reducing maintenance and improving data quality.

Multi-Language (Beta)

Summary: Enhancements to OneConnect’s integration with Planner Premium (formerly known as Project for the Web) to improve functionality.
- Schedule Export to Planner Premium: You can now export schedule data to Planner Premium, supporting both built-in and custom fields. Additionally, fields that are not mapped in the integration are now editable directly in OnePlan, giving you more flexibility when managing your schedules.
